From Old Space to Showcase
By replacing outdated styles and worn out surfaces, this whole-house remodel helped the interior of this home reflect its peaceful surroundings. Dwell Well mended the failing roofing, updated plumbing and lighting fixtures, and reconfigured the kitchen to enhance the functionality of the space.
Canyon Creek “Kennedy” cabinets made of alder with a chicory stain were installed in the kitchen, wet bar, family room, and all three bathrooms. Burgundy gray porcelain floor tile blends with the neutral color palette of these spaces, while stainless steel appliances, glass and stone back splash mosaic tiles, and pendant lighting fixtures work in tandem to modernize the style of the kitchen. The lower living room was warmed with engineered wood flooring, which coordinated with the natural tone of the toasted almond walls and stone hearth, making this space relaxing and inviting.
