Inside and Out

This home got a complete overhaul: new roof, new stucco exterior, new ceiling, walls, and floors. Efforts were made to update plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation. New windows and cabinetry were installed throughout the home.

The kitchen has been transformed to an entertainer’s dream, with DeWils Horizons cabinets, a solid copper Tuscan-style hood, bronze appliances, built-in wine rack, wet bar, and seating. The living room and dining room exude a natural charm with exposed wood ceiling of rough sawn cedar beams and posts. The exterior living space was enhanced with custom masonry and shaded porches.
