The Contemporary Treatment

The homeowner of this golf-course adjacent condo wanted to add modern style to her place. Our project developer steered her towards opening up the central staircase with the use of stainless steel cable rails by Atlantis Rail Systems. Both the upstairs and downstairs natural gas fireplaces were updated with stacked stone surrounds, with the upstairs face using stone slabs with a metallic finish to add some unique flair. The kitchen and bathrooms were overhauled with coordinating DeWils cabinetry, outfitted with modern slab doors. The granite countertops in the kitchen are topped with a vertical glass backsplash to add warmth and texture to the space.
