Uptown View

The main living space of this home was divided into a kitchen, dining room, and living room, all divided by a very larger masonry fireplace. The homeowner wished to make this one open floor plan and to highlight their stunning red rock view with large sliding patio doors. Dwell Well converted the existing truss system to open up the space to a vaulted ceiling using steel beam as structural support. An island was built in the kitchen to create a work area on one side and raised bar seating on the other. The bedrooms and bathrooms were reconfigured to incorporate two master suites, each with double vanities and upgraded showers.
