Our project developer, JT Smith, will schedule walkthroughs of your home with our sub-contractors to identify specific costs and special requirements that will factor into the project. JT will present a hard bid for your review outlining the price of all materials and labor needed to complete your project. You can proceed with confidence that this is the price you will pay. And if you make any changes along the way, we will gladly identify how these changes will effect the final price.
